How long is the workspace free?
The Special Edition includes 12 months free, the printed book 6 months and the ebook 3 months. The print + ebook bundle includes 6 months free. The workspace lets you save simulations, view your dashboard and keep track of your properties. Access is activated after purchase verification; a preorder request alone does not activate it.
What does the 2028 update include?
It is included in the Special edition and planned for late 2027. It will cover the new Book 7, “Specific contracts”, of the Belgian Civil Code among other developments relevant to Belgian property investors. Its format and delivery arrangements will be specified before confirmation.
When can I buy the book?
The sales launch date is not confirmed yet. Notification requests are recorded to prepare the publication announcement. No payments are accepted on this version of the site.
