Preparatory document to complete before sales open. The site currently records interest and preorder requests without payment, purchase commitment or allocation of a copy. This page is not a binding offer for sale.
1. Seller and contact
The seller’s name, legal form, registered office, enterprise and VAT numbers, email and returns address must be completed before any binding order. Meanwhile, the contact form reaches the Immoshark team.
2. Products and scope
Product pages present print and digital formats and packages. Before sale, the content, file formats, compatibility, tool features, online-access arrangements, support, included updates and restrictions will be specified. No lifetime access, subscription or unlimited updates are announced.
3. Special edition and 2028 update
The Special edition includes the printed book, ebook, all Immoshark tools covered by the offer, a personal workspace free for 12 months and an included 2028 update. The update is planned for late 2027 and will cover the new Book 7, “Specific contracts”, of the Belgian Civil Code among other developments relevant to Belgian property investors. Its format, scope and delivery arrangements will be detailed before order confirmation. No lifetime access or unlimited annual updates are offered. The displayed reference only acknowledges receipt of your pre-order request.
4. Price, order and payment
The total euro price, taxes and charges, payment methods, availability and delivery date or timeframe will be stated before any commitment. A current request is not a paid order. Future orders will require a verifiable summary, acceptance of final terms and explicit confirmation of the payment obligation. The contract and terms will be confirmed on a durable medium.
5. Delivery and access
Personal workspace access is announced as free for 12 months with the Special Edition, 6 months with the printed book or print + ebook bundle, and 3 months with the ebook. Purchase verification is required. An unpaid preorder request does not activate access. The start date of the free period and the terms applying afterwards will be specified before any binding order.
Destinations, charges, dispatch times and download and activation arrangements remain to be confirmed. No publication timeframe is guaranteed at this stage. Handling of delays, unavailability and cancellation will be defined without limiting customers’ statutory rights.
6. Consumer withdrawal
For a distance sale of a printed book, consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to notify withdrawal. An unequivocal statement is enough; a model form will be supplied with seller details. Return and refund arrangements and responsibility for return costs will be specified before sale.
For digital content without a physical medium, loss of the withdrawal right requires, in particular, prior express consent to immediate performance, acknowledgement of that loss and confirmation on a durable medium. A simple preorder request does not meet these conditions. Rules for services and mixed packages will be specified according to the services actually offered.
7. Conformity and complaints
Consumers retain applicable statutory guarantees for goods, digital content and services. Delivery, access or conformity issues may be reported using the seller’s details, to be completed. No commercial complaint deadline will reduce statutory rights.
8. Use of content
A purchase does not transfer copyright. The licence scope for books, templates and tools, including professional use where applicable, will be set out in the final offer. Content is educational: it guarantees no return and is not personalised advice. This does not remove any seller obligation imposed by law.
9. Personal data
Submitted data is used to handle the request and, if a sale follows, to fulfil it. See the privacy policy for how the site currently operates.
10. Applicable law and disputes
The intended framework is Belgian law, without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on consumers. Complaint contacts and relevant mediation information will be completed before sale.
